Board Member

Catherine GUIHARD, 56 years old, notary in Herbignac (Loire-Atlantique), has been elected MemBoard member of the Superior Council of Notaries on 25 October 2022. She is in charge of social relations, social dialogue (Permanent Joint Negotiation and Interpretation Commission and Interpretation Committee, National Joint Committee on Employment and Training, relations with and employers' unions), the social model of the notariat and pension reform. Shet is also responsible for discipline, the sociology of the notariat, parity and the attractiveness of career paths, as well as monitoring relations with the professional organisations of other public and ministerial officers and with certain professional orders.

Representative of the notaries of the Court of Appeal of Rennes at the Superior Council of Notaries, Catherine GUIHARD was also President of the Chamber of Notaries of Loire-Atlantique from 2017 to 2019. Since 2019, she has been a member of the Disciplinary Chamber of the Regional Council of Rennes, notary in charge of inspections in the Court of Appeal of Rennes; She chaired the Inspection Commission from 2019 to 2021.
